What's included in the Front Desk plan — really?
Everything on this page's list: ACE answering your phone, missed-call text-backs, instant lead replies, the booking calendar and reminders, Google-review prompts, quote follow-ups, invoice nudges, the AI assistant, your client portal, and the monthly tuning. There is no add-on menu behind it.
What if I don't want the phone answered?
Then it's $299 a month for everything except the phone + AI layer — the text-backs, booking, review prompts, follow-ups, portal, all of it. Add ACE and the AI assistant any time; it's the same system underneath, so switching them on takes days, not a rebuild.
Is there a contract?
The plan starts on a simple 12-month agreement — we build and script your whole front desk up front — then it's month to month. The website is a one-time price, no contract. Lead generation is month to month from day one.
What about texting and email volume?
Normal business volume is included flat. If your volume is genuinely unusual, we'll tell you up front and agree on a number before anything changes on your bill — you will never discover a meter after the fact.
What do I actually own?
Your website, domain, content, phone number, call recordings, and customer list — yours, always. The plan is a service we run for you; cancel and you keep everything that's yours.
Can I start smaller?
Yes. Start with just the website, or the $299 no-phone plan, or a lead-market question — and move up when it earns it. Plan changes take effect the next month.
